Ritzkake...

...denne
er gooood
folkens!!!



5 eggehviter
4 dl farin
Stivpiskes

30 knuste Ritz kjeks
250 g peanøtter
1,5 ts bakepulver
1,5 ts vaniljesukker

Blandes og has
på bakepapir.
Lag to sirkler.
170 grader, 20 min.

Krem:

5 eggeplommer
4 ss melis
Piskes til eggedosis

75 g smeltet kokesjokolade
1 pk fløte, stivpisket

Bland forsiktig.

Når kaken er kald
monteres den med
krem mellom og
på toppen.

Skal stå 1 døgn
i kjøleskap,
kan fryses...
